Meet the Team

The Rufus Centre team boasts a wealth of knowledge. Some members of staff have worked here for over 10 years and hold great experience while new members bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking.

	Sue Gay – Rufus Centre Manager Manages the day to day running of the centre. Sue has over 30 years experience in the customer services industry.
	Gill Borrington – Bookings Officer Gill is responsible for all enquiries and bookings for conferences and meetings.
	Mary Inwood – Conference Support Officer Mary handles enquiries and bookings for functions, exhibitions and Flitwick Village Hall.
	Nigella Mayes – Marketing and Events Officer Nigella is responisble for sales, marketing and the website.
	Robert Barden – Site Agent Responsible for the general maintanence of the building and suppervises the conference porters.
	Anthony Procter – Conference Porter Attends to the day to day setting up of the rooms and refreshments. He is also responsible for all recycling.
	Carl Raggett – Conference Porter Attends to the day to day setting up of the rooms and refreshments. Carl also maintains all cossh and cleaning records.
	Ray Fensome – Conference Porter Attends to the day to day setting up of the rooms and refreshments.
	Terry Stanley – Conference Porter Attends to the day to day setting up of the rooms and refreshments.
	Susan Palmer – Catering Assistant Supplies good quality catering for visitors, staff and tenants.
