Here at The Rufus Centre, our dedicated Event Organiser will work with you to ensure your Wedding Reception is a memorable one and as relaxed and stress free as possible.

We can be as “hands-on” or as “hands-off” as you need us to be. By offering our rooms as a blank canvas, we can allow you total freedom to organise your reception yourself. We are happy to accommodate service providers of your choice in those all important areas or using only local highly recommended and trusted partners, we can provide an extensive range of services including full catering, decoration, entertainment and bar facilities. It’s your wedding you tell us what you want.

The Lockyer Suite

The venue for your special day will be our superb Lockyer Suite. It caters for up to 250 guests, with banqueting tables and plenty of room for dancing. There is also a large adjoining reception room connected by sliding oak doors which can be easily opened into the main room, left closed to create a quite area or for segregated dining.

Outdoor wedding

Our well tended and spacious grounds afford numerous opportunities for photographs; a lasting memory of what we are sure will be a very special occasion.

Our private, enclosed playing field is the perfect place for a marquee for those glorious summer weddings.
