Located in a beautiful part of the central Bedfordshire countryside The Rufus Centre is one of Bedfordshire’s dedicated conference venues. We pride ourselves on offering an excellent service to our clients at all times. It is our business to make sure your business is happy.

We have eight spacious meeting rooms of various sizes, suitable for anywhere between 2 to 200 people, available for hire from Monday to Saturday (7.30am -10pm). All rooms, except the Davis Suite, are situated on the ground floor and all have internet access, video/DVD players, white boards, flip charts and pens. A wide range of Audio Visual equipment is also available including laptops, plasma screens and data projectors.

So whether you are looking to host a 200-strong conference, a training session for 20 or a one-on-one interview, The Rufus Centre has the facilities to meet all your needs.

Conference Support

You can expect a high level of service as standard when you hold a conference, meeting or event at The Rufus Centre.

A dedicated conference organiser will work with you every step of the way as you plan your event. Our conference porters will ensure your room and equipment is set up as requested before your event begins and dedicated staff will be on hand to meet your delegates as they arrive.

Prior to the event and throughout the session administration support, such as photocopying, faxing and laminating is provided, as required, by the centre's staff.
